The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE), Water Resources Division (WRD), would like to thank those who participated in the three stakeholder meetings regarding the Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO) General Permit.  The stakeholder meetings provided EGLE valuable input and helped shaped the CAFO General Permit. 

The Department is performing the final actions necessary to issue the CAFO permit.  The final permit, fact sheet, comment responsiveness summary and all other relevant documents and public comments are available for viewing beginning Monday, March 30, 2020 at this link:
