COMPREHENSIVE SESC CERTIFICATION: The MACDC/MDEQ Training on April 26th will count for credit as the SESC Plan Review and Design Refresher Course. At the conclusion of the course, you will receive a recertification form that needs to be completed and submitted to the MDEQ with a $95 fee. Please be aware that the recertification form needs to be postmarked by July 1st to be accepted. Additional information regarding the certifications can be found at: www.michigan.gov/soilerosion.

The CSWO Certification is a prerequisite to the SESC Plan Review and Design (i.e. Comprehensive SESC) certification. Therefore, you must possess the CSWO certification in order to renew the SESC Plan Review and Design certification. If you are unsure as to whether you have the CSWO certification (or the expiration date), you can check on the List of Construction Storm Water Certified Operators located at:

The April 26th Training will only count for people who have a current SESC Plan Review and Design Certification and a current Construction Storm Water Operator/SESC Inspector Certification (CSWO/SESC Inspector Certification is renewable by mail).
